MEMORIAL DAY breakdown:

– get there by 9:00-9:30am, for a 10:0am start.

– we’ll be doing heats. We’ll have a board to sign up ready.

– it’s BYOB… we’ll have some drinks but bring some if you plan on having more then a few.

– we are providing a bunch of food, and there are some members bring food and treats. You dont have to bring anything, but if you want to feel free!

– anyone and everyone is invited. Even non CFers or those from other gyms!

– we’re doing a WOD we came up with called “Stanley” dedicated to a veteran who passed this year. He was father/grandfather to some of OSA’s oroginal members and friends. We’ll probably do this workout in teams, but anyone adamant about doing it alone can sign up solo.
