MAYHEM MONDAY 6.6.16

Awesome job to Coach Neil and Rob at the Gorilla Games this past weekend! There were 40 strong teams there and they pulled off a 9th place finish!

 

Great week planned everyone! We want the classes packed this week. Coach Neil challenges everyone to go HAM this month with his program. Let’s see how fit we can get for the summer!
