So for our Barbell For Boobs event we created an event page on Facebook. I added everyone I had on my friends list that’s around here (I think), but everyone please invite everyone you can to this thing! If you haven’t donated please do so!


CONDITIONING: No clock for this one, just work. Share racks and take your time. Move with a purpose and challenge yourselves
5 Rounds
8 FR Lunges (4 per leg)/16 Split Squats (8 per leg)@heavy
40’ HS walk/20 Shoulder taps against a wall/60s HS or Jack Knife hold
5-10 Triple Unders/25 Double Unders/Practice Double Unders


After everyones done grab your rack and do:
4×8 Good Mornings@add some weight
