b) STRENGTH: EMOM x 5

1 Bench Press@increasing

 

c) CONDITIONING: E2M x 4

Lap around gym

10 Box jumps/step ups

6 Bench press@BW/.5BW

**some start with bench press, some start with box jumps when you get in from the run**

**if the run takes more then 45s, do 1/2 a lap around the gym**

 

d) STRONGMAN: Tire Flips

w/s – 4×4, rotate with each other

**if small tire is easy a coach will help you flip the big one (if needed), or 2 people can flip it together**
