0:00-7:00 AMRAP

Sled drag one way (backwards)@heavyyy

7:00-10:00 AMRAP

3-6 planche Push ups (if they’re too tough on your wrists do push ups on dumbbells)

10:00-15:00 AMRAP

3-6 hollow/arch/hollow (partner who just finished holds a plank until next partner finishes)
