b) ACCESSORY:
2×2 laps DB OH Walk
2×3 laps KB baby carry
2×1 lap DB Farmers walk

c) METCON: “Boulder Dash”
AMRAP 12
5 Box Jump Overs
8 Toes to Bar
11 STO
*If you don’t want to do box jump overs substitute 10 walking lunges (5 per leg)*
