Lets see how many friends and family we can get in here today!!!

METCON: Teams of 2, split reps any way. Each team will have an empty barbell, the bar cannot touch the ground during the whole workout. You can hold the bar any way you’d like.
50 KB/DB Front Squats (if mobile enough try OHS)
40 Burpees to target
30 Pistols/Split Squat/Lunges
100 Double Unders
80 Push ups
60 Knees to Elbow (not TTB)
*Penalty if bar hits ground = 5 Strict pull ups added on at the end*
