New Members

You may have read up on CrossFit, seen our staff & our schedule, and decided you want to try it out… So what next?

1. Email/Call us (make sure to leave a message if we don’t pick up) with any questions or concerns you have.

2. Schedule your free trial class. You can download the waiver you’ll need here > CrossFit OSA Waiver

3. After your free trial class ask any remaining questions you may have and see which membership option you’d like to purchase (we know you’ll want to sign up after your first class!)

4. Reap the benefits of a fitness program that ACTUALLY WORKS. As well as gain new friends and comrades who will be there with you each day cheering you on, and sharing a high five when the workout is done. CrossFit has been called a cult, but we argue it’s simply fitness in its purest form. It’s the choice to take control of your health.

Don’t be intimidated by what you may read or see on the internet, We promise you’ll feel more then comfortable once you walk through those doors.
