New Members

You may have read up on CrossFit, seen our staff & our schedule, and decided you want to try it out… So what next?

1. Email/Call us (make sure to leave a message if we don’t pick up) with any questions or concerns you have.

2. If you’re ready to schedule your free trial class:
> Follow this link to our schedule FREE TRIAL CLASS
> Click the class time you’d like to come to
> Scroll down to where it says “New Here?”
> Click on “SIGN UP”
> Scroll down to where it says “Free Trial” and click the button
> Fill out the form and you’re good to go!

3. After your free trial class ask any remaining questions you may have

4. We will get you set to start our Foundations Program (it includes your first month of classes)

5. We can discuss all of our membership options and find the right one for you

6. Reap the benefits of a fitness program that ACTUALLY WORKS. As well as gain new friends and comrades who will be there with you each day cheering you on, and sharing a high five when the workout is done. CrossFit has been called a cult, but we argue it’s simply fitness in its purest form. It’s the choice to take control of your health.
