I figured out why the app didn’t have all the benchmarks and movements in it for us to track our PRs.. I added a bunch today and will continue to do some each day until everything is in there. If I add enough those of you that do extra work/accessory stuff should be able to log that too…

Specialty class tomorrow at 5:30pm for Muscle Ups.

I’m planning on doing a movie night Friday so let’s get a top 2 or 3 to decide on..
