Today we’re going over overhead squats and snatches. THERE WILL BE NO WOD OR CONDITIONING. The first 20 minutes will be spent warming up and mobilizing your bodies for snatches. After we hit some overhead squats we will do snatches for the rest of class…. I’m pumped is anyone else?!?!?
